Neal Donahue is Co-Founder of Golden Mean Capital Partners and is responsible for the firm’s deal sourcing and due diligence assessments. Mr. Donahue founded Lodestar International, an international economic development firm working at the nexus of donor-funded social and economic development, market-return investment, and social-impact philanthropy. He has spent the last decade assisting senior government officials and private sector leaders in emerging markets to develop and implement coordinated growth strategies that generate sustainable social and economic returns. He was worked throughout sub-Saharan Africa with a special focus on Nigeria and Rwanda. Prior to Lodestar, Mr. Donahue was a Director at OTF Group and he began his career as a management consultant at Monitor. While at Monitor, he was part of the team that raised nearly $13 million from Hummer-Winblad to carve out the Monitor Country Competitiveness Practice.
