CCVF Entrepreneurs Business Plan Submissions
Steps:
| First: | Review and agree to the Terms and Conditions. |
| Second: | Provide basic contact information for yourself and your business. |
| Third: | Specify the range of funding you are seeking and if you have been previously funded. |
| Fourth: | Email your Executive Summary and Business Plan documents to submissions@ccvf.org. These must be two separate files (one for each) and be in Microsoft Word (.DOC) or Adobe Acrobat (.PDF) format. The Executive Summary should beno greater than two pages, Times New Roman 12 font, with 1/2" top, bottom, left and right margins. |
| Fifth: | Complete the Registration. You will be charged a $200 application fee. |
| Completed! | You will receive a confirmation of your registration. We will also send you an email summarizing your submission. |

Terms and Conditions
To submit your plan, non-refundable $200 application fee is required.
If you are selected to present your plan, you will be required to participate in a 1 day Entrepreneur Mentoring Session, on a date to be established at least 1 week prior to the CLEAN BUSINESS INVESTMENT SUMMIT, in which members of our Mentoring Team will rehearse you and help you refine your Power Point presentation. You will then be prepared to pitch conference attendees, have access to investors and sponsors, have your executive summary included in the program guide, and have an exhibit table in the "Marketplace". The mentoring sessions are worth thousands of dollars in professional advice from our area’s best investment bankers, lawyers and business people. They will help you in your fund raising efforts for many years to come.
If you are selected to exhibit at the forum marletplace, you will be required to participate in a 1 day Entrepreneur Mentoring Session, on a date to be established at least 1 week prior to the CLEAN BUSINESS INVESTMENT SUMMIT. As an exhibiting company, your executive summary will be included in the program guide, you will have access to investors and sponsors, and you will have an exhibit table in the "Marketplace".
If you are Not selected to present or exhibit in the forum, a member of the Business Plan Review Committee will contact you and provide a debriefing on your Business Plan. Also, we will print a one-page executive summary in a special insert to the program guide with your contact information. You will be able to attend the coference but will not be able to exhibit your company in the "Market Place"
To participate in the conference, you must be seeking a minimum of $500 thousand and have estimated 5 year revenues of at least $20 million.

Due to the large volume of business plans we receive, if you send us a business plan or business idea, we may not be able to respond to you personally.
Also be advised that any business plans or business ideas you send to the California Coast Venture Forum ("CCVF") are not confidential. CCVF or its affiliates may be working on the same or similar business, may develop such business in the future or may receive the same or a similar business plan from a third party.
In no event will CCVF, its officers, directors, employees or agents be liable for any damages whatsoever in connection with the use of a business plan submitted by you, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages or losses of any nature, including, without limitation, lost profits or revenues, regardless of whether any such claim is based in warranty, contract, negligence, tort or otherwise, even if CCVF has been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses.

In order to have your business plan accepted, you MUST submit an executive summary no greater than 3 pages long. Business plans without an executive summary will NOT be considered and your FEE will NOT be returned
