Peter Iannone

Mr. Iannone is a Director with CBIZ and Mayer Hoffman McCann, PC, managing the Southern California corporate governance practice. This group provides consultative services for senior financial and executive officers, Sarbanes-Oxley 404 and 302 compliance programs and litigation support.

Over the past 25 years, Mr. Iannone has held positions in both manufacturing and software development, and as an auditor of government contractors. He has held positions of progressive responsibility in the financial operation of companies, ranging from publicly traded Fortune 500 Companies, to start-up companies that led to successful initial public offerings. In software development, he designed and implemented a management accounting system focused on the special requirements of government contractors. His responsibilities have centered on the areas of cost accounting and the audit of internal control systems, the development of and implementation of control systems and the procedures in support of those control systems in financial, human resources and information technology management.
