Advertising Page Specifications for the CCVF Program Guide
This worksheet should be read and filled out by the creator of the disk or electronic file.
Please read this worksheet carefully. It is important to understand all of the requirements on this worksheet in order to supply us with a file that we can successfully publish.

Logo: For use on the CCVF website, your logo should be in the GIF or JPG format
and no larger than approximately 300 pixels wide and 200 pixels high.
Please go to www.ccvf.org and see if your company is under the sponsor link.
If you want your logo changed or if you don’t have a logo on the website please email the correct logo
to jeknotts@ccvf.org .
Technical Requirements and Guidelines:
- Acceptable electronic files include .eps, .tif or .jpg files.
- All electronic files should be no more or less than 200-300 dpi.
- Ad creator must provide a laser proof of each ad size scheduled.
If proofs are not provided, we cannot ensure it will look exactly as you desired.
- Ideally, fonts should be outlined in your publishing program so there are no font problems.
If not, you must provide all Macintosh fonts –including screen and printer fonts-with disk.
Please make separate suitcases for each font family. PC fonts cannot be used.
We reserve the right to substitute any font or fonts not provided by ad creator.
- All graphics and photos must be converted to grayscale.
No RGB, ‘spot ’ or Pantone colors can be accepted.
- Please send a backup copy of your files only. CCVF is not responsible for lost or damaged files.
Ad Sizes:
o Full Page: 7x10 inches
o Half Page: 7 x 4.8125 inches
o Quarter Page: 3.4 x 4.8125 inches
